On the night of February 8, 1996 Chase crawled into my life. Coming from an abusive type home Chase did not trust people. For the first three months of his new life, Chase crawled everywhere, never barked, and would hyper ventilate then pass out when in a room with more than 3 people. It took many, many classes and TONS of sweat, tears and the occasional bad word to help Chase deal and over come his many fears.

On December 28, 2000 Chase lost his battle with a brain tumor. In the end he was aggressively going after the other animals in the household and was too weak to walk across the kitchen floor. I miss my man so much. He will always be in my mind and heart and I hope he will forgive me for helping him across the rainbow bridge. I love my man and hope that all the critters that have past before you will help you understand why.
